Custom Digital Products Terms and Conditions Scope: These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and delivery of custom digital products ("Products") from Designz by Kash. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.Ordering Process: Customers must provide detailed specifications and requirements for their custom digital product at the time of ordering. Any changes or additional requests after the order has been placed may incur extra charges and/or extend delivery time.
Payment: Full payment is required upfront for custom digital products. Prices are determined based on the complexity and scope of the project and will be communicated to the customer prior to payment.
Delivery: Delivery times for custom digital products will be communicated to the customer at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or the complexity of the project.
Intellectual Property: Upon delivery and full payment, the customer will own the intellectual property rights to the custom digital product, unless otherwise specified in writing. Designz by Kash retains the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials.
Revisions: 3 revisions may be included in the purchase price of the custom digital product. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may be subject to additional charges.
Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver custom digital products that meet or exceed the customer's expectations. If the delivered product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will work with the customer to rectify the issue in a timely manner.
Refunds/Cancellations: Due to the customized nature of our digital products, refunds are not available once work has commenced. Cancellations made before work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover any costs incurred up to that point.
Limitation of Liability: Designz by Kash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of our custom digital products.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montgomery County. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
